Early in the morning pick up from your hotel (Picks up from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m.) and transfer to Vaquería located 4 hours northeast from Huaraz city in Conchucos area, to the other side of Llanganuco Valley and Portachuelo Pass. In Vaquería the donkey drivers are waiting for us to carry the load on the donkeys and start the amazing traverse to the cross of the Paria and Huaripampa Valley where our first campsite is located at 3800 m. During the first day we will appreciate the impressive Taulliraju Peak (5830 m.) at the end of the Quebrada Huaripampa. Dinner and overnight at campsite accommodations. BOX LUNCH AND DINNER INCLUDED.

DAY 2: PARIA – TAULLIPAMPA (3800m. 4750m. – 4200m.)

After breakfast we iniciate the ascent to the highest point of the trek at 4760 m in Punta Union Pass between Huaripampa and Santa Cruz Valleys. Reaching this point is an inestimable reward: a view of the Santa Cruz Valley surrounded by peaks of 6,000 meters, turquoise lagoons, and the ideal place to take pictures. It takes from 5 to 7 hours to climb up to the pass and 1 to 2 hours to climb down to Taullipampa Campsite at 4,200 m, a plain at the feet of the impressive and steep Taulliraju Peak, scenery of colossal world climbing feats. Overnight and dinner at the campsite. BREAKFAST, BOX LUNCH AND DINNER INCLUDED.

DAY 3: TAULLIPAMPA – LLAMACORRAL (4200 m. – 3850 m.)

The walk down to Llamacorral takes about 4 to 6 hours. The name Taulliraju means purple, due to the flowers of this color that grow in the valley: The “Taulli” Flower. We continue descending passing the turquoise Hatun Cocha Lake (Big Lake) and Ichic cocha Lake (Small Lake). From there takes some minutes to arrive to arrive to the next campsite at 3800 m. Dinner and overnight at the campsite. BREAKFAST, BOX LUNCH AND DINNER INCLUDED.
